Integrations
Taplany connects to the accounts you already have — your payment provider, your ad and analytics accounts, your eSIM supplier. You connect them with your own credentials, so the data and the money stay yours. Most of this lives under System → Settings.
Payments
Settings → Payments is where you decide what customers can pay with. Bank transfer and cash are always available; card providers are yours to connect.
- Stripe for cards and digital wallets.
- Redsys for cards and Bizum, if that's what your bank provides.
You choose which methods are enabled, what they're called on your site, and which one is offered first. Full detail in Taking payments.
Marketing and analytics
Settings → Marketing & analytics holds one card per service. Each is optional, and each is your own account.
- WhatsApp Business — connect your own business number so customer conversations arrive in your inbox. See WhatsApp & the inbox.
- Google Analytics 4 — enter your Measurement ID and API secret. Events are sent from our side as well as the browser's, so they survive ad blockers.
- Meta Pixel + Conversions API — enter your Pixel ID and CAPI access token. This also resolves the campaign name behind a click-to-WhatsApp ad, so you can tell which ad produced which conversation. Check token tells you straight away whether the token works and whether it has the permission needed to read campaign names.
- TikTok Events API — your Pixel / app ID and Access token.
- Google Ads — connect the account, then map your funnel to conversion actions. A lead is reported when an inquiry arrives, a qualified stage when it moves forward, and a purchase when you win it. Leave a stage blank to skip it.
- Mixpanel — your Project ID and service account details, if you use it.
A rule of thumb: connect what you'll actually look at. Each of these sends real customer activity to a third party, and your privacy policy should say so — see Your website & brand.
eSIMs
If you sell eSIMs, Settings → eSIM is where it's configured.
- eSIM pricing — you set your own selling price for each package. What you charge is up to you.
- Connection — your agency has its own supplier account and its own key. The card tells you whether it's connected.
- Balance — eSIM orders draw down a prepaid balance you top up. You're notified when it runs low, so orders don't fail the week before a departure.
- Provisioning — turn this on and eSIMs included in a trip are ordered automatically a set number of days before departure, instead of someone remembering.
- Brand mapping — optionally present the eSIM under your own brand.
Customers can also buy eSIMs directly from your site and top them up themselves.
Flights
Live flight search and booking are part of the platform — there's no supplier account for you to connect. Your agents search and book flights from inside a booking, and flights booked elsewhere can be entered by hand so the itinerary and the booking pack stay complete either way. See Managing a booking.
Contracts
Electronic signature is built in and needs no account of yours. You supply your terms and your signature image; the rest is handled. See Contracts & signatures.
Where AI fits
AI is used in a few defined places — drafting replies, drafting content, translating, reading documents, sorting incoming mail. It drafts; a person approves. You cap the monthly spend and can see what's been used under Settings → AI & budget.
Apps for your team
There are desktop and mobile apps for staff. They show the same admin, and they receive notifications — a new inquiry, a payment, a signed contract, a message that failed to send. They're for your team, not a channel for messaging customers.
