Your website & brand
Your public site comes with your Taplany agency — trips, destinations, blog, FAQs, a customer account area and a checkout, all on your own domain. This page covers making it look and read like your agency. It all lives under System → Settings.
Brand identity
Settings → Brand is the one screen that changes how the whole site looks.
- Fill in Company name, Short name and Website URL.
- Upload your images. Each upload states the size it wants: Primary logo, Logo on dark, Favicon, Maskable icon (for phones that pin your site to the home screen) and Open Graph image (the picture that shows when someone shares a link).
- Set your Homepage hero — a desktop and a mobile image, and optionally a video for each.
- Set your brand colours (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, plus your black and white) and your Heading, Body, Accent and Mono fonts.
Below that, Partner logos holds the badges and affiliations you want on the site, and Navigation is a row of switches deciding which links appear in your top menu: Trips, Destinations, Blog, eSIMs, About and Contact. Turn off what you're not using yet — an empty Blog link is worse than no Blog link.
Inquiry CTA card controls whether the "ask us for a custom trip" card appears on your public trip listings. Leave it on if you sell tailor-made trips.
Contact details and the email you send from
Settings → Contact & email is where the site gets its phone numbers and where your outgoing email gets its identity.
- Contact & email sender — From name, Default from email, Bookings email (used for confirmations and contracts), Reply-to email, Public support email, Public contact phone and a 24h emergency phone.
- Per-language sender overrides — the same sender fields again, per language, if you write to Spanish and Catalan customers from different addresses.
- Registered address and Legal identifiers — registered legal name, VAT or tax number, surety bond, registry entry, travel licence. These appear where the law requires them and on your contracts.
- Google reviews — add your Google Place ID and your reviews can be pulled in and shown on the site.
- Social links — add a row per network with Add social link.
Email you send goes out branded as your agency, not as Taplany. Your customers never see our name.
Your About page and legal documents
Settings → About & team holds the copy for your About page: Mission and Vision (each a title and a body), then your Values and Expertise lists. Below that, Team members is an ordered list of the people on your team — use Edit profile on a person to set their title, bio, quote, photo and translations.
Settings → Legal carries four documents you edit as plain text, each in every language you publish: Privacy policy, Terms of service, Cookie policy and Trip conditions. Trip conditions matter twice — they're a public page and they're appended to the contract your customers sign, so keep them current. See Contracts & signatures.
This tab also holds your Organizer signature image, which is applied to contracts, and the default What's included and Not included lists that every new proposal starts from. See Pricing & margin.
Your own domain
Your site runs on your agency's own domain — not a subdomain of ours — and customer logins, emails and payment links all stay on it. Getting a domain pointed at your new site is something we do with you rather than a form you fill in: tell us the domain you want to use and we'll set it up and tell you when to switch over. If you're moving from an existing site, we bring your old addresses across so links people have already shared keep working.
Once the domain is live, keep Website URL in Settings → Brand pointing at it.
